Job Responsibilities:
Provide 1st level end-user support for POS systems, network, hardware, and software issues across all outlets and HQ.
Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Support and assist in outlet openings or renovations.
Assist in documenting process flows, test case scenario and training guides when required.
Provide and generate reports when required.
Provide on-site or remote support, including after-hours or weekend response when required.
Other ad-hoc jobs as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Diploma/Degree in Computer Information Technology, business related.
Knowledge and working experience in IT support, POS system or similar role.
Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage.
Knowledge in Excel Formula skills, basic SQL query skills.
Strong problem solving and diagnostic skill with initiatives.
Self-driven and high independent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
