Job Description

• Compiling and maintaining of centralised database for Operations Team

• Creation and maintenance of PLU keys in POS system

• Setting up meetings and writing of minutes

• Facilitate communications between HQ Management and Operations Team

• Observe and assist in brand improvements

• Gather relevant information and data related to Operations

• Tracking of Sales and Marketing Campaign for Sales Analysis

• Opening of Blanket PO for Operations Team

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT or other related discipline

• Self-motivated and independent

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Meticulous, committed and able to multitask

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
