IT Executive (Retail) - #1109339

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for retail restaurants (including POS systems)

• Provide IT related support to all internal stakeholders (including support via phone or remote assistance) to resolve all hardware and software issues

• Plan and update marketing promotions and components for self-ordering systems

• Working closely with Marketing/IT department and responsible for projects that are related to system automation (self-ordering system)

• Manage on-site IT matters

• Prepare activity reports

• Attend to other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by direct Supervisor

• Network infrastructure planning

• New Device Setup SOP documentation

• Equipment planning and purchase

• Data protection

• Job deployment and manpower schedule

• Project schedule

• System error and data recovery

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT)

• Basic networking knowledge and provides helpdesk support

• Requires domestic traveling to provide support for restaurants island-wide

Other Requirements/ qualities such as personality traits or skills required for the job:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Basic knowledge of HTML would be an advantage

• Experience in troubleshooting software

• Prior experience in a retail environment would be an added advantage

• Knowledge of Point Of Sales would added advantage
