Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables): 

•  Deliver on equipment performance in terms of availability, UPH, OEE and MTTR 

• Set up and track KPIs for department 

• Set up maintenance procedures and schedules  

• Revise, establish and set up equipment calibration methods  

• Parts management 

• Improve equipment Cost-of-Ownership   

• Train and develop team on Equipment Maintenance methodologies 

• Drive cost down programs 

• Perform equipment Cost-of-Ownership studies 

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired): 

•  Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent  

• Minimum >7 years working experience in Wafer Fab or Bump Fab 

• Minimum >3 years working at management level
