Store Manager (Retail – Beauty/Lifestyle)

Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team in delivering an elevated customer experience while achieving operational and sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities

People Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor team members

• Manage team performance reviews and KPIs

• Schedule rosters efficiently based on traffic trends

• Foster team morale and grooming standards

Sales & Customer Service

• Lead store to meet sales and CRM targets

• Analyze performance and drive improvement plans

• Resolve customer feedback and uphold service excellence

• Drive loyalty sign-ups and create a positive in-store atmosphere

Operations & Merchandising

• Ensure visual merchandising and planogram compliance

• Maintain stock accuracy and oversee inventory control

• Manage cash handling and store audit compliance

Requirements

• Min 6 years' retail experience with 3 in a supervisory role

• Background in retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or hospitality preferred

• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills

• Service-oriented with a proactive mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
