Key Responsibilities:
Maintain project documentation, track progress, and update project schedules.
Consolidate and prepare project progress and monitoring reports
Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., sales summaries, aging report, creditors report etc.)
Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks as assigned by management to support overall business operations
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience considered.
Proven experience in project admin and marketing support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
