Practical Analyzer Solutions Pte Ltd

This role supports both administrative and finance-related functions to ensure smooth office operations and accurate records management.

1. Finance & Accounts Support

  • Prepare customer invoices, process supplier invoices, and update AR/AP transactions in Business Central.

  • Assist in preparing Accounts Receivable reports, issuing monthly Statements of Account, and following up with customers.

  • Support Accounts Payable processing and payment release.

  • Verify monthly overtime and site allowance claims against approved timesheets.

  • Assist in verifying staff expense claims to ensure compliance with accounting policies.

  • Provide support in preparing management reports, statutory filings, and project-related financial data.

2. Administrative Duties

  • Handle phone calls and reception duties in a professional manner (shared responsibility with office team).

  • Maintain pantry and office supplies, including stationery inventory.

  • Coordinate logistics for customer visits, training sessions, and internal meetings, including room setup and refreshments.

  • Arrange staff overseas travel, including flight, hotel, transport, and travel insurance bookings.

  • Assist with annual insurance renewals and project-related insurance matters.

  • Provide backup support for courier/freight coordination and preparation of logistics documents (PO, DO, Packing List, Quotations).

3. General Duties

  • Ensure the office environment remains clean and orderly (shared responsibility).

  • Follow workplace safety and hygiene procedures.

  • Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and daily processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • Prior experience in administrative and finance/accounts support roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Business Central preferred).

  • Highly organized, responsible, and meticulous with numbers.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
