Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Maintain records, databases, and documentation accurately and securely.
Support managers and staffs with administrative tasks and coordination.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and basic procurement needs.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting arrangements.
Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements:
Min 1 years of administration experience
Minimum ITE or O Level Qualification
