Job Responsibilities:

Provide high standard of patient care.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
Advise patient on health promotion and preventive care programmes.
Ensure accurate documentation and records.

Job requirements:

Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
Vaild BCLS
