Job Scope :
Oversee and manage day-to-day sales operations
Handle the full sales order process, including preparing quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices
Manage a high volume of inquiries professionally, providing effective solutions to customer issues.
Deliver excellent customer service and support to clients
Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
Build and maintain relationships with key external customer contacts
Coordinate projects and support the lead manager, ensuring timelines and agreed plans are met
Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure smooth operations
Assist with the preparation and submission of reports and tender documents
Participate in frequent product training sessions (online/offline) arranged by vendors
Requirements :
Diploma in Business or a related field
1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred
Experience in computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is an advantage
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong phone presence with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Motivated to develop consultative sales skills and contribute to meeting monthly targets
Enjoy engaging and communicating with people while maintaining good rapport with IT business partners
Proficient in MS Office
