Logistics Supervisor /Officer (Yishun) - #1109171

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of shipment distribution

• Direct and improve the operation flow within the warehouse

• Troubleshoot, solve ad-hoc and day-to-day operational issues

• Provide periodical report and data for next level’s discussion and further improvement plan.

• Liaise and communicate directly with supplier and customers on request for routine to complex needs

• Liaise with production and engineer for parts return and fulfillment activities

• Perform SAP transactions , system reconciliation for stock movement

• Inventory Control and reconciliation

• Resource deployment based on daily activities (Function: Inbound/ Outbound/ Issuing)

• Productivity tracking and improvement

• Follow up closely on Corrective and Preventive actions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics industry

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

• Experienced working in a dynamic environment

• Possess strong warehousing experience in leading a team

• Prepared to be hands-on when the situation calls for it

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Adaptable, enjoys working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment

• Computer literate in MS Office and experienced in SAP/WMS would be an advantage
