Trusted name in the food manufacturing industry, known for delivering high-quality and innovative products. We are expanding our finance team and looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to join us.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable functions.

• Handle customer billing, invoicing, and collections in a timely and accurate manner.

• Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.

• Prepare AR aging reports and assist in monthly closing.

• Liaise with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing or payment issues.

• Support the finance team in audits and other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable.

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
