Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. As a leading calibration service provider, we are seeking a highly driven and innovative Calibration Engineer who can lead a team to maintain precision and accuracy in measurement instruments and systems. He embraces and adopts leading technologies such as AI and automation to develop new measurement solutions and methodologies.

You will work with a variety of calibration equipment and follow standard established procedures to ensure the reliability of measurements. You shall also collaborate with other engineering teams to optimize calibration processes and improve overall equipment performance.

Be Part of Our Success

• Lead a team of calibration engineers to deliver accredited calibration services and meet customer’s turnaround time (TAT) targets.

• Develop new accredited capabilities to expand our scope to meet new customer’s requirements

• Provide engineering support to the sales and operations, including developing training plans and providing technical guidance to team members

• Perform routine calibration and performance verification of electrical equipment and test systems following established protocols and quality standards.

• Ensure the traceability of all calibration standards

• Assist with additional measurement solutions projects and tasks as assigned by management.
