Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing existing and new customer accounts, including processing invoices

• Handle both incoming and outgoing phone communications

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

• Address and resolve customer issues effectively and promptly

• Prepare shipping quotes and coordinate shipments based on customer requirements

• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities across both administrative tasks and software systems

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of working experience as warehouse customer services

• Experience with WMS and MS Office

• Good Team Player
