Job Description:

To develop new processes & new methods to improve the plant’s capability in producing high-end PCBs
To evaluate & qualify new materials to meet customers’ requirements on electrical performance & thermal reliability of PCB
To monitor & improve the yield of NPI parts by working with Front End Engineering (FEE), Process Engineering, Manufacturing & Quality department
To improve yield & lower the cost of NPI parts by working with customers & suppliers at the design stage
To ensure the timely delivery of NPI parts by working with Production Control (PC) & Manufacturing on scheduling
To lead failure analysis & ensure good closure of customer feedback on NPI quality issues
To conduct & update the FMEA & Control Plan of NPI parts
To ensure a smooth transfer of NPI parts to production
Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
Fresh graduates from Local polytechnics and Universities are welcome to apply.
More than 1 year of experience in a PCB manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Experience in new product introduction and process development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess a positive and “can do” attitude
