Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution and supervision of construction activities on-site to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.

• Monitor and report on project progress, site safety, and quality control measures.

• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and materials tracking.

• Support in resolving technical and engineering issues that arise during construction.

• Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Attend project meetings and assist in preparing progress updates and technical presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Internship or academic project experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.

• Strong interest in site operations and hands-on construction work.

• Basic knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and safety regulations.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working night shift – 12 hours role and 6 working days.
