We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting both HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing assistance across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR files accurately.
Administrative Support:
Prepare official letters, memos, and other HR/administrative documents as required.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and support general inquiries.
Maintain office supplies, stationeries, and refreshments, ensuring availability at all times.
Handle office purchases, vendor coordination, billing, and invoice processing.
Support general administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.
Undertake any other ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned by Superior/Management to support operational needs.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative support.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
