Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate recording of payments.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and monitor credit control policies and payment terms.

• Actively follow up on outstanding receivables and overdue accounts.

• Handle and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related disputes promptly.

• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Min 2 – 3 Years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / 3PL industry is preferred

• Minimum Diploma in accounting or relevant

• Able to start work within short notice is an added advantage
