Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, efficient, and professional blood collection through venipuncture, capillary, and heel-prick techniques.
• Carry out phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.
• Verify patient identity using two identifiers prior to specimen collection or testing.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability in line with good documentation practices.
• Comply with workplace safety, hand hygiene standards, and all relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to patients, doctors, vendors, and other stakeholders, whether in person or over the phone.

Required Skills and Experience

• Min O or Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences or a Certificate in phlebotomy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performing phlebotomy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work in fast paced environment
