Media & Campaign Coordinator // Transport sector - #1108922

Location: Paya Lebar 
Duration: 11 months contract
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm 
Salary: up to $2600

Job scope 
We are looking for a Media Coordinator to manage end-to-end media contract processes and support operational efficiency across the Media team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders. 

• Develop and maintain standardized media confirmation templates

• Ensure accurate recording of contract details and rates in ACE Hub/Broadsign

• Validate inventory availability in coordination with the sales team

• Oversee creation and management of contracts, bookings, amendments, cancellations, and compensations

• Monitor upfront payments and address outstanding amounts

• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "A" Level or Diploma

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for projects

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken

• Detail-oriented with a drive for work excellence
