Finance Manager – for a leading Real Estate owner in the region

Roles

• Responsible for the financial and management reporting functions

• Handling accounts consolidation and monthly management reporting – circa 60 entities (subsidiaries, joint ventures, associates) across Singapore, Malaysia, China & Vietnam.

• Prepare monthly financial reports including consolidation, budgeting and forecasting.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports, including variance analysis, cash flow projections and AR collection reports.

• Prepare annual financial statements.

• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast by working closely with Department Heads.

• Provide business decision support and analysis by providing financial advice.

• Handle external and internal audit and statutory matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/CPA/ACCA/CA.

• At least 10 years of working experience – with 4 years of experience handling group consolidation (involving intercompany transactions between subsidiaries and joint ventures).

• Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have good communication skills and be analytical, independent and proactive.

• Experience in Cognos is advantageous.
