We are hiring a Compliance Officer to support the business in following laws and regulations for our agency and bancassurance teams.

Job Highlights:

• Review and update company guidelines for marketing, recruitment, and public prospecting.

• Share and explain compliance rules to financial representatives through training and meetings.

• Check and approve agency collaterals (logos, websites, signage, etc.).

• Ensure marketing and recruitment materials go through the proper approval process.

• Review social media content from representatives to ensure it follows guidelines.

• Suggest new tools to improve monitoring processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder.

• Prior knowledge of the insurance sector is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

• A proactive, self-starter with high integrity and accountability.

• Team player with a positive and responsible work attitude.
