Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential B2B clients and develop strategic sales plans to acquire new business accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract corporate clients
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new partnerships
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team
Provide excellent customer service and act as a key point of contact for clients to address any inquiries or concerns
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with corporate clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications for sales reporting and analysis
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
