• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including appointments, staff deployment, and resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with clinic guidelines, procedures, and policies

• Address patient relations issues and assist staff in handling difficult cases

• Maintain discipline among staff in line with organisational standards

• Oversee accurate clinical indicator reporting and timely monthly report submission

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Clinic Executive in private or public healthcare

• Good written and verbal communication skills
