Production Operator

Job Descriptions:

• Perform testing, inspection, and assembly of refrigeration units in accordance with manufacturing instructions, method sheets, and quality/output standards.
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of equipment, tools, fixtures, and gauges assigned to the station; verify all calibrated items are within valid calibration periods.
• Support productivity improvements by assisting in the design of jigs, fixtures, and parts trolleys.
• Act as a trainer under the buddy system, guiding and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and rework on tested or assembled units by identifying and rectifying faults.
• Conduct routine inspections of the work area and follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety rules and regulations.
• Cooperate fully during accident investigations, providing accurate information regarding incidents and root causes.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the designated work area.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including checklists and serial number records.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Possess GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, or Higher Nitec qualifications
• Willingness to learn and adaptable o working in a hands-on workshop environment
