Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage 2D/3D drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation for MEP projects

• Coordinate with consultants, project teams, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate submissions

• Develop shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks

• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support to project teams

• Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, quality standards, and client approvals

• Maintain proper documentation of project drawings and BIM data

Job Requirements:

• BIM Certificate / Diploma is an added advantage

• Proficient in AutoCAD and experienced in MEP Modelling with Revit

• Familiar with Navisworks (preferred)

• Prior experience in LTA projects will be an advantage

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a team environment
