Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse tender documents to identify project scope and technical requirements

• Source, request, and evaluate quotations in line with specifications

• Compile and manage tender queries/clarifications with vendors and clients

• Perform quantity take-offs for Mechanical and/or Electrical systems

• Prepare cost estimates and budgeting for tender submissions

• Review and assess contract terms and conditions

• Prepare presentation and proposal slides for client meetings

• Develop technical proposals to support tender submissions

• Consolidate and update tender invitations from clients promptly

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines

• Manage and coordinate multiple tender submissions concurrently

• Collaborate with both tender and project execution teams for smooth transitions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) in Electrical and/or Mechanical trades

• Experience with M&E Contractors holding workhead classifications ME05, ME06, ME11, ME15 at L5/L6 grade

• Strong knowledge in tendering, cost estimation, and project coordination

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under pressure
