Job Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contracts for our construction projects. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in both the office and on-site, this is for you!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Estimating project costs (materials, labor, equipment, overhead)
Budget development & financial tracking
Preparing tender documents & evaluating bids
Contract negotiation & administration
Managing claims, variations & disputes
Identifying cost-saving solutions (Value Engineering)
Providing regular cost & progress reports
Ensuring cost compliance and risk control
Supporting project quality and timelines
Other duties as assigned by superior

What We’re Looking For:

Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
Min. 3 years of relevant experience
Background in Road Works / Civil Projects is a strong plus!
Good analytical and negotiation skills
Able to thrive in both office and site environments
