Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth & Account Expansion

    • Drive sales growth within existing accounts while actively identifying and pursuing opportunities in new accounts to expand the company’s market presence.

    • Develop strategies to increase market share, broaden the client base, and promote the full range of company services.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and their middle management personnel to ensure long-term partnership and client satisfaction.

    • Act as the primary point of contact, providing timely responses to client requests, including RFQs, quotations, and follow-ups, ensuring a high level of service.

  • Market Analysis & Sales Strategy

    • Study, monitor, and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and achieve targets.

    • Identify potential opportunities and develop actionable plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.

  • Commercial Negotiations & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Conduct commercial negotiations with clients and stakeholders to secure contracts, favorable terms, and mutually beneficial agreements.

    • Ensure alignment of client expectations with company offerings, effectively managing deliverables and contractual obligations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Account Administration

    • Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure client expectations are met in terms of service delivery, project execution, and quality standards.

    • Manage client accounts in terms of billing, invoicing, and contractual matters, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

  • Continuous Improvement & Reporting

    • Provide regular updates on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sales or customer relationship role

  • Candidate with own car is a plus
