Key Responsibilities
Drive and grow sales within the existing account base and penetrate new accounts.
Expand the company’s market share, clientele, and range of services.
Manage and retain strong relationships with existing key clients and their middle management stakeholders.
Respond promptly to customer RFQs and provide accurate quotations with effective follow-up.
Study and analyze market trends to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Handle commercial negotiations with stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery.
Manage client accounts, including billing and contractual matters.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales / Account Management / Customer Relationship roles.
Candidates with Pharmaceutical and Semiconductor clientele preferred.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work under tight deadlines and pressure.
