• Nature of Company: Established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider to diverse clients across various sectors

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)

Job description:

• Collaborate with relevant agencies on Levy collection effort and exchange of data/ information

• Investigate discrepancy in payment amount claimed by companies

• Face-to-face/virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records

• Draft and send e-mail response to appeals

• Statistics reporting on number of appeals received and track outcome of appeals

• Handle and process refunds

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder

• Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills to engage employers and other stakeholders

• Effective team player with good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills

• Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently

• Knowledge related to compliance audit policies, relevant Act and Regulations are an advantage

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (such as Vlookup, pivot tables), prior experience in data analysis and sense making of data from systems is a strong advantage.
