About the role

Durasafe Pte Ltd is seeking a part-time Office Sales professional to join our team in the The Westcom . In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our retail operations and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position with flexibility in scheduling to suit your needs.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

3. Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the retail space is well-presented

4. Providing product information and recommendations to customers

5. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

6. Supporting with other administrative tasks as required

Working Hours 

Monday to Friday between 12.00pm and 6.00pm

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

5. Good numerical skills and attention to detail

6. Flexible and adaptable to work part-time hours
