Operation Excellence Engineer (1 year Contract & Renewable) - CC

Our client is a globally recognized pharmaceutical company with a strong international presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for measuring and improving business performance through time and motion studies, data analysis, and digitalization.

• Supports operational excellence by leading strategic site projects, driving change management, and collaborating with stakeholders.

• Focuses on simplifying processes, reducing waste, and increasing productivity through process improvement initiatives and workshops.

• Ensures successful project execution and customer satisfaction by meeting performance targets within defined timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum university degree in Industrial Engineering, or other technical/business discipline with minimum 2-year experience in manufacturing/operations management experience

• Certified Lean 6-Sigma Green Belt is a plus

• 1 Year Contract & Renewable Position
