Our Client:

• IT Hardware Manufacturer

• 5 Days

• Tampines

• Up to $3500 Basic + VB

Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping documentation and track shipment status, including Proof of Delivery (POD).

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for inbound and outbound logistics.

• Collaborate with Finance on supplier invoice processing.

• Support the implementation of new processes or portals related to shipping operations.

• Ensure adherence to customs regulations, cross-border shipping laws, and international trade compliance.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management

• Min 1 Year experience in Manufacturing

• SAP knowledge is preferred

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
