We're Hiring: Sales & Account Manager – Engineering Solutions (Automation & Tunneling Tech)

Woodlands | Full-Time | $3,500–$4,500

Join a Singapore-based engineering innovator that pioneers microtunneling, automated slurry management, and other high-precision underground solutions for complex infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia. As part of a lean, dynamic team, you’ll be at the forefront of technical sales, client servicing, and project execution.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow key accounts across tunneling, civil, and construction sectors

• Understand clients’ project requirements and offer tailored automation solutions (e.g., navigation systems, slurry handling, lubrication)

• Work closely with engineers to translate technical scope into commercial proposals

• Support field execution to ensure successful system delivery

• Present solutions and reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Who You Are

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)

• 2–4 years’ experience in technical sales, project engineering, or client-facing roles (fresh grads with strong drive may apply)

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (due to regional client base)

• Enjoy both indoor strategy and on-site project visibility

• Team player with hands-on attitude and analytical mindset

• Possess or working toward Class 3 Driving License (advantageous)
