Senior Executive, Clinic Operations - #1108480

Job Scope:

• Be a part of the cross-functional team to support the delivery of quality and clinical care to patients

• Ensure smooth daily operations and implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing and Age Well SG

• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the daily clinic operations and drive service excellence

• Responsible to identify areas of improvements and drive continuous developments and spread good practices across other clinics

• Coaching, nurturing and inspiring the clinic operation staff in their continuous learning and career development

• Oversee administrative activities including staff scheduling, patient flow and inventory management

• Collaborate with team members across other workgroups, focusing on manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, emergency planning etc

• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A recognized Degree in any discipline

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Candidate with experience in operations in healthcare sector and/or service industry will be an added advantage
