Responsibilities:
1) Handle customer calls, text replies, walk-in customers, create sales order and sales quotation
2) Dedication to learn and understand company's products and services
3) Providing good customer service for all customers
4) Work with technical team to handle customer inquiries
5) Follow up on leads and quotations to close sales opportunities
6) Support after-sales service by coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues
7) Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary and
8) Follow up on overdue payments and assist with basic credit control.
Requirements:
1) Able to work independently and together as a team
2) Project confidence and comfort when presenting to customers
3) Communicate with customers eloquently
4) Able to speak English or Chinese (higher consideration for applicants who can speak both)
5) High level of integrity and honesty in all customer interactions, business dealings, and internal responsibilities within the company
6) High level of professionalism and accountability
7) Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and
8) Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
