Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in selling semiconductor wafer inspection and metrology systems to drive business growth across Southeast Asia markets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a successful sales track record, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with leading semiconductor foundries, IDMs, and OSATs.

The Job

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share for wafer AOI inspection and metrology systems.
• Engage with key decision-makers at semiconductor fabs, R&D centers, and OSATs to promote sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical specification reviews to negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate closely with HQ's product and customer service teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Deliver product presentations and clearly communicate the value proposition to customers.
• Meet or exceed business plan objectives and sales targets.
• Travel throughout SEA as needed to engage clients and support business development initiatives.

The Talent

• Several years of experience selling semiconductor capital equipment, preferably in AOI, metrology, or defect inspection systems.
• Proven success in selling high-value semiconductor capital equipment.
• Established network within semiconductor foundries, IDMs, and OSATs.
• Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced semiconductor environment, including flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet customer needs.
• Sales-driven, creative, dynamic, and able to work independently.
