Job Scope:

• Deliver Expert Treatments: Accurately assess customer skin concerns to provide personalized, high-quality treatments in a courteous and professional manner, while managing time efficiently without compromising service standards.

• Maintain Cleanliness & Compliance: Ensure treatment rooms are clean and hygienic at all times, follow management guidelines on product use, and uphold spa policies and confidentiality.

• Promote Products & Services: Actively recommend and link-sell appropriate treatment packages and products, and support ongoing promotions to drive spa sales.

• Customer Care & Communication: Address customer inquiries and complaints politely using standard procedures, maintain updated client skin profiles, and effectively communicate treatment plans and spa promotions.

• Support Spa Operations: Assist with administrative tasks, gather and report customer feedback to the manager, and contribute to smooth daily spa operations as required.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry

• Passionate about the beauty and service industry

• Entry levels are welcomed too, training will be provided
