Junior Quantity Surveyor - #1108385

Our Junior QS is based at our Carpentry Arm in Admiralty. The person works closely with the ID & Build team on the following matters:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing projects requirements, cost estimates, and procurement schedules.

• Support the sourcing and evaluation of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractor packages as per project requirements.

• Monitor project budgets and costs under guidance, and help identify cost variations.

• Support contract administration tasks, including progress claims and payment certifications.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of contracts, quotations, and procurement records.

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project progress.

• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with company policies and relevant industry standards.

• Undertake general and finance administration tasks

• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

• Possibly scheduled travel between Offices in Singapore.
