Executive, Fixed Asset Sighting (6-Month Contract)

Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm | Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: Up to $3,600/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical asset sighting exercises across various facilities and locations.

• Verify and update asset details, including tags, serial numbers, and locations.

• Maintain accurate records in the Asset Management System using RFID readers.

• Document discrepancies between physical assets and system records.

• Assist in reconciling data and resolving inconsistencies.

• Prepare progress reports on asset sighting activities.

• Support the asset management team in maintaining proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to work.

• Good organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Willingness to conduct asset sighting across multiple locations.

• Basic understanding of inventory management principles (preferred).
