Our Client:

• Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry (MNC)

• Mon–Fri, Office Hours

• Kaki Bukit

• UP $5000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including HRIS record updates

• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and support regional HR projects across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and the Philippines

• Coordinate recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managers

• Drive employee engagement, handle grievances and disciplinary matters, and support training initiatives, including grant applications

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, prepare HR reports, and stay updated on employment legislation and HR trends

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in HR / Business or equivalent

• Min. 5 years of full spectrum of HR Experience

• Possess knowledge in Workday and SAP System will be an added advantage
