We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Product Marketing Manager to lead our client's product marketing efforts across Asia. This pivotal role involves managing a small team and driving strategic initiatives across both B2B and B2C segments, ensuring our products are competitively positioned and well-represented in diverse markets.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market ExecutionLead the regional execution of B2B marketing strategies and localize content for Southeast and East Asia markets.
Collaborate with sales offices and partners to implement industry-specific GTM plans.
Support reseller training and partner enablement, including solution integration.
Conduct product testing to identify strengths, gaps, and unique selling points.
Translate insights into compelling customer-facing content for retail and eCommerce channels.
Work with sales offices to adapt promotions and sales materials to local market needs.
Apply strategic thinking to product performance and inventory planning, aligning with internal teams to forecast demand and support campaign goals.
Coordinate test marketing initiatives focused on customer retention and post-purchase engagement.
Drive CRM-based loyalty campaigns and align with HQ strategies to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
Consolidate regional insights to evaluate loyalty effectiveness and refine future strategies.
Serve as the central liaison between HQ and 10 Asia-Pacific sales offices for product marketing.
Build strong relationships with local teams to understand market needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Compile and analyze regional data to inform strategic decisions and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in product or segment marketing.
Industry experience in copiers, printers, or office solutions is essential.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing models and CRM-based strategies.
Experience in eCommerce selling and channel partner engagement is a plus.
Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical capabilities with comfort in product testing and feedback integration.
Sensitivity to cross-cultural working styles and regional nuances.
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
