Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the department to meet statutory and HQ reporting deadlines.

• Monitor changes in tax, GST, and accounting standards; update policies and systems accordingly.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal accounting policies.

• Prepare budgets and forecasts to support management decision-making.

• Maximize cash flow efficiency to enhance interest income and reduce expenses.

• Analyze financial data and convert it into actionable insights for cost control and strategic planning.

• Maintain effective relationships with bankers, auditors, tax teams, and system support teams.

• Provide training and updates to the accounting team on regulatory changes.

• Oversee insurance coverage to ensure adequate protection and compliance.

• Manage government surveys and grants, ensuring timely submissions, accurate reporting, and audit compliance.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

• ACCA or CPA certification preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of full-set accounting experience.

• Minimum 3 years of management experience

• Strong SAP knowledge, including non-accounting modules.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

• Experience in handling tax and financial audit queries.

• Data analysis skills and ability to visualize financial impact.
