As an Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share and strengthen brand presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective account management.
Manage and coordinate sales administrative processes, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and handling documentation.
Collaborate with other departments such as Engineering and Logistics to ensure project or fulfilment timelines are met.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records using internal systems and CRM tools.
Track performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Assist in organising internal sales meetings, client visits, and company events.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure compliance with credit terms.
Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency and enhance customer experience
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Business or Engineering or related field
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
