Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support via phone and email.
Prepare shipping documents (import/export) and invoicing of order
Monitor shipments being cleared/delivered ensure KPI are met for all incoming and outgoing.
Coordinate for warehouse activities and collaborate to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
Perform of general housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
‘O’ Level/ITE/Diploma in Logistics/Business with 1–3 years experience in logistics
Knowledge of import/export documentation and warehouse operations
