Job description :
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre and post contract management and duties.
Maintain close liaison with the Head of Department.
Prepare and delivery weekly and monthly reporting of cost, reconciliations and accruals.
Manage procurement processes through outsourcing, analyse tender submissions and recommend preferred bidders to management.
Conduct contract reviews and negotiate terms both upstream and downstream.
Administer all notices relative to time bars.
Adhere to group’s Contract Management plan and protocols.
Represent the Company professionally in the face of clients on all contractual matters, insurance, EOT, Variations, claims, account submissions; taking to a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
Managing sub-subcontractors effectively and fairly.
Possess knowledge about local and international standard form of contracts.
The role dictates that a candidate who is autonomous and skilled in contract management and quantity surveying, capable of disseminating information fluently and concisely.
Requirement :
Soft Skills - Teamworks, adaptability and problem solving.
Qualifications – Minimum degree certification in quantity surveying or engineering;
Experience - Minimum 7 years in contract management role for construction.
