We are currently looking for a Chef to deliver the best standards and create a wonderful experience to the guests.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): japanese food, japanese culture, food preparation, food hygiene, communication, teamwork
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant
Coordinates daily tasks with the Head Chef
Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature
Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment
Have knowledge in Japanese cuisine - serving Omakase courses
Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils
