Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate located in Tuas (company transport is provided to and from Joo Koon MRT station). The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing phone calls, providing high-quality customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
Communicate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.
Respond the customer emails, calls to ensure issues are resolved and escalated appropriately.
Ensure all documentation related to customer orders, billing, inventory are accurate and completed on time.
Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications
Higher Nitec in Logistics & Supply Chain Management/ Business/ other relevant fields
1 year of administrative/ customer service experience would be advantageous
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
