Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand market and customer needs that align with the company’s product values.

2. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and promptly develop comprehensive customer profiles.

3. Develop and execute sales plans based on annual targets, achieve sales goals, promptly follow up on payments, and ensure timely cash flow.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market share and monitor competitors closely.

5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth processing of sales orders, including pre-sales, sales, after-sales service, and handling customer complaints.

6. Manage sales orders, quotations, and back-office administrative tasks.

7. Maintain communication with customers and end-users, providing updated information and necessary documentation as required.

8. Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and other related tasks to ensure timely progress.
